Descend below street level and enter a world apart. The Nest Spa — winner of the UK Spa Awards Best Hotel Spa 2025 — is a 2,500 square foot sanctuary designed to restore equilibrium and revive the senses.


Conceived by renowned spa designer Helena Park, the space draws on the ancient principles of hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and holistic bodywork, combined with the latest scientific advances in skincare and restorative wellness.


Our team of 16 dedicated therapists, each trained at the world's finest institutions, deliver over 40 bespoke treatments ranging from deep tissue massage and facial rejuvenation to chakra balancing and holistic sound therapy.

Thermal Pool

Our 15-metre heated pool, maintained at a constant 34°C, is surrounded by carved stone archways and soft candlelight for ultimate relaxation.

Hammam

A traditional Ottoman hammam with heated marble slabs, steam room and bespoke kessa scrub treatments performed by our master therapists.

Ice Fountain & Vitality Pool

Contrast therapy at its finest — the invigorating ice fountain paired with our mineral-rich vitality pool activates circulation and energises the body.

Fitness Suite

Fully equipped with Technogym apparatus, the Nest Fitness Suite is open 24 hours and offers personalised training programmes on request.

60 or 90-minute therapeutic massage targeting deep muscle tension using warm basalt stones and aromatic oils.

A personalised facial treatment using La Prairie or ESPA products, tailored to your specific skin type and concerns.

Aromatherapy Journey

A 120-minute multi-sensory experience combining full-body aromatherapy massage, steam ritual and meditation.

Sound Healing

A deeply restorative 60-minute session using Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks to align the body's energy centres.

The Nest Ritual

Our signature 3-hour bespoke treatment — a full-body scrub, personalised massage and a La Prairie facial, concluded with champagne and fruit.

Couples' Sanctuary

A private 90-minute couples' treatment suite featuring side-by-side massages, a private thermal bath and a curated drinks selection.

Before every appointment, your therapist conducts a thorough consultation to understand your specific wellbeing goals, any health considerations, and your preferred pressure, temperature and aromatic preferences.


All products used across The Nest Spa are cruelty-free, sustainably sourced and free from parabens and sulphates. Our signature body oil, handblended in our own apothecary, is available exclusively in the hotel boutique.
